Been using it for 1 week, great phone! I was used to a very similiar symbian phone, but this one is way better. Long live batery! One question pls: In SMS list or pics list can I mark several itens for posterior delete with a dedicated key? Or I only can delete one -> next, delete one -> next??

Anonymous, 29 May 2011HI there, I bought nokia e71 last year and I was just wonde... morefirst open your sim card messages, them you have to select the messages which will be copied from to my folder. So select the messages and press option key. Now you have 2 options 1.delete 2. Copy you have to select option number 2. Copy and you have to copy it to my folders and then you have to wait for some time until all selected message to be copied to selected folder.
(works in some models only,)

botters, 30 May 2011My old BlackBerry was stolen, and the Nokia was the quickes... moreinteresting...my 2 year-old e71 has pre-installed quickoffice which can edit word or excel files, and the spell checker also runs pretty well...but indeed, this phone is more suitable for small hands(especially asians).

botters, 30 May 2011My old BlackBerry was stolen, and the Nokia was the quickes... morewell it's really personal preference...I personally have used Blackberry and the build quality of the phone is crap to me...and you do know that the E71 isquite a versatile phone considering it came out in 2008...while blackberry's from 2008 were complete utter garbage.

My old BlackBerry was stolen, and the Nokia was the quickest option at the time. What a mistake! The E71 is, frankly, rubbish. Difficult to use; no spell checker seems to be available (unbelievable, isn't it?); the case is almost useless, with bttons being pressed accidentally; I cannot access MS Word or Excel as i couldon the BlackBerry; the list is endless...
Utterly unbelievably bad.

HI there, I bought nokia e71 last year and I was just wondering, how do you transfer text messages to SIM card. The instructions in the phone says to copy it on a folder in the device so you can view them in the folder or delete them from the sim card. But the thing is, I don't know how to save it in a folder etc. I did save it in a folder which was in "My folders" in the messaging area but when I check the SIM messages, it still isnt there?! please help me, these messages are really really important and I need to save them. It's the only memory I have...
