Please go to www.ovi.com and then after selecting your phone model download ovi SW to your phone and install it.

khan, 17 May 2011my nokia e 71 have gps but i dont open without internet .an... moreGo to Ovi/Nokia maps, then change the internet settings to offline, now your maps software will work in offline mode.
To the other person having only 1day of battery time: Try switching of your WLAN unless you need it all the time, e-mail sync also uses quite a lot of battery.

adedayo, 12 May 2011please i bought Nokia E71x and i want to change the softwar... moreyou can try flashing your phone.. it is a complicated work but its rewarding if you do it right..if not your phone will be unusable... try upgrading your firmware via nokia pc suite..

Anonymous, 14 May 2011i dont like any phon without apps this phon is just confusi... moreyou can apply for certificates for your phone @ opda.cn that's the downfall of symbian phones.. you need certificates to install apps... my phone is hacked..try downloading hellox.. you can google it guys...

this is a nice phone.. good cam quality.. you can download apps from mobile9.com for others who wants apps for their e71.. enjoy...
