I find that its quite good as tonight I tested going to town to take some night shots of the Christmas lights with my wife as the subject using my E72 and the pics were quite good especially most of my shots were outdoor around 8pm.
I tried to use the Automatic mode and the Night Portrait mode. To my surprise the Night Portraits were good with low noise and bright subjects. I guess you will have to play with it more. Cheers :)

Before buying this phone i read alot of opions on here. Most of them were negative. The phone hangs all the time, the email isnt very good, the ringing sound is low,etc. I have to say that i found most of these were not at all true. (IMO). The only fact i can agree with is the interface does look abit ancient and the flash is a bit poor. Otherwise Nokia has provided an excellent phone. If you have had a symbian phone before and it did not dissapoint you, this phone will not either. Brilliant Nokia.

I have had a chance to play with the Nokia and this review is pretty spot on. It's really a beautiful phone, thinner than the Blackerry Bold and with a build quality Apple would be envious of. But my god, the OS looks ancient when compared to Apple, Palm and even Blackberry. It looks like it was designed back in the 90's, and this is no joke. I am sure Symbian fans will come rushing to the Nokia's defense, but the truth of the matter is that if the Nokia, or Symbian for that matter is so good, there would be more people using it!

confused between e72 and BB bold 3
i am pretty much confused about which phone to go for.
i like both nokia e 72 as well as bb 9780. pros and cons according to me are
nokia e72
Pros:
1. nice metalic body
2. all most a complete phone
3. price 16-17 K
cons:
1. nokia brand
2. outdated Symbian OS
BB bold 3
Pros:
1.Brand name: black berry
2. BBM messenger service ( i dont know whether i will subcribe for it or not )
3. Status symbol
Cons:
1.very expensive
2. this will be 1st BB for me so i dont know whether i will be comfortable with it or not.
3. BBM service will also be costly.
so all these questions are in my mind.. budget is not issue for me, but i dont want to buy a expensive phone and sell it within few days at half rate. so just hesitating for the selection.
please give your yr precious views on my post

the BEST battry all i have !!! 5 days battery life full work on internet...everything on e72 i love it look,speed,qwerty is awesome EVERYTHING :)

the spacekey stops working all of a sudden. need to retstart the handset whenever this happens. no support from Nokia for this. nice handset, stupid prob, stupid support...

to those who complaning about the (mouse) or ( the NAVI key)... it's very senstitive when use it & will make you hate ur set..i agree
but it's simply can be disabled from sitting menu
