it is no where close to what a business phone should be like. The e-mail just refuses to work. When the e-mail comes, it shows on the in-box but it doesn't open.
On top of that, the people at the service centres are soooo arrogant.
Please avoid going to the NOKIA centre in BANDRA. The guys there just do not know the spelling of customer service.

hello po, i have used e72 and i have no problems about this phone, the camera works real good, the battery lasts 1-2 weeks, the texting isn't that a hassle. buy this phone if you want to make life easier ;)

Nokia E72 is magic! Is telephone, computer, office, consolle, all in a little box. Excellent, very excellent!

Nokia chat is not all that stable is feel.
Whatsapp works great.. similar to BBM.
Any one else facing bump offs on nokia chat ?
Any news of its getting better in future ?

On Websi... morego to settings -phone - device manager. Options,Check for updates. Then start update. You can also go to settings - phone - software update - options -check updates- update phone software. Goodluck!

On Website it shows a new version available but when I try to search using WIFI on Phone it does not locate any update.
Pls guide how to update E72 using WIFI.

qaiys, 24 Dec 2010how long do you charge the e72 until it is fully charged my... moreyou should get your phone checked out... the full charging time is supposed to be around 2 hours. The charging operation or battery could be faulty.

Hi guys, I like the E72 but read others comments on here that it freezes etc...and that emailing is quite a fiddle...to be honest I want to buy it but unsure as my main objective is to make calls and texts really..should this be an issue for me if I get the E72? I've heard Symbian does tend to freeze but not sure if many more of you all experience the same problem.Please advise. Thanks to all.

Any contemporary phone has a good HTML support.
It shows the lack of development at Nokia. Even after one year and so many firmware updates, they cannot get their act together.
