im using E72 almost 8 months. so far no prob with new firmware 031.023. no stuck no hang. im satisfy with my E72. I love my set so much. I never had the great phone like this before. And also N95, im still keep it, cos no prob at all. its has been 4 years with me. camera, sound, graphic are awesome. If U glad with what U have, may Allah add more to you...

The Nokia E5 has better performance than E72.Althought it doesn't have secondary cam but it has all the function and the best part is the E5 is cheaper than E72.Plus..Greeeeaaaattttt battery life!

if memory card, camera and sunlight legibility is your main priority go for e 72........if not go for e5 excellent phone....
this is only my opinion and in no way bashing e72

To whom that regret and feel unlucky own E72, I think u never know the set, and u didnt try to know it. U just blame it sluggish or whatsoever.If u set your mind to accept it as it is, everything will go fine.If u set ur mind that E72 is perfect,sure u will regret.Nothing in this world is totally perfect,and u so.If u face any prob of it,try to solve it.Log in here,and let us know what the matter.as long as,its about software,we can help u settle it.If it hardware problem,better u send it to nokia centre.

I have this phone for more than month now i even have teh white version so far i did not use all its options but my problem is the GPS at 1st it was perfect but all of sudden it do nto give em teh rigth location i'm in teh error is very big so i wish that there is some sort of solution for this matter but anyway i love it

and after updating what is the effect on the phone memory and the nokia messaging work fine after upadate?
and what is the benefit of updating the firmware.

hello all. i just bought this phone yesterday and i simply love it. so far all of the features are working and i just completed changing the settings. i replaced my e71 which served me very well. i am very impressed with the sound quality and i think its better than the ipod classic in terms of audio. i will recommend this phone to just about anyone. blackberries are such as hassle. cheers.

To all new E72 owner,this is my story. I bought E72 brown colour last January. I use it with nothing problem. My wife asked me to give her the set, cos she like it when she saw I use it on emailing, surf internet,etc. So, I gave my lovely E72 brown to her. Then last month, I bought new E72 black. Why I still bought E72, even N97 mini also awesome. Becos,E72 is great phone, Im satisfied been using it. No problem at all. To whow faced many problem with it, I think its your unluck phone. Electronic device is depend on your luck.Even it produced from same factory on same time. may God bless u that u get the right phone. not unlucky one.

I just "upgraded" from the E71 to the E72, and I must say I am not impressed. The phone has some nice features, and is an improvement from a software point of view, but for those of us who got the E71 for its refined feel and high quality, this is a BIG step down. From the plastic casing, to the carry case, to the USB cable (which is exactly 5.5 times shorted) it is CHEAP, even tacky. A big disappointment to an ex E71 user.
