I got this phone and let me tell you if you want to feel as if we are still in 2000 go ahead and waste your money buying it , the phone got basic features along with small screen , no touch screen , half the phone is keypad , its useless to browse the net even the only useful thing which is email account the notification does not work so you have to manually check if you got a new email because the mobile does not use light notification like with text and calls total waste of space so unless you want a phone to make calls and send text and pay more money for it thats cool , you might ask me why I got it if I dont like it , well it was a gift an unwanted gift

if u want to buy a phone wuth good camera i would not suggest e72 as though it has a 5 MP camera, but the picture quality is not that good as expected. But the video quality is very good.

you can search songs from the playlist by typing a part of the song name.. However, you cannot search using 'j' as first letter of the word..you need to first type any letter..delete it and then type 'j'
if you want to search a song containing or starting with a word beginning with 'j' in the music player songs list.

i don't think that this phone has cpu procesur of 600 mhz,,,it is of only 192 mhz,,& that of 128mb ram only 47.6 mb can be used..means only few large application can be on stand by mode.....

A total problematic phone, has a lot of bugs. I bought this mobile 6 times in different colors but every time I faced a different issue.
When I spoke to my Nokia Dealer he also agreed that E72 has a lot of bugs like in speaker, loudspeaker, screen flicker, automatic restarting, hanging, unable to dial a number manually with speed, software update of E72 results in phone going crazy or stuck and lots of other issues.
Eventually I switched back to E71 which is older & slow but has atleast very less problems.

yes theres a problem on facebook. When you try to use the full site, e72 will crash or stop responding. Its because of the low avail ram aprox around 35 or 40 remaining on ur 128mb ram specified when u buy this phone.

I have this phone now a few weeks and I must say This is truely a fantastic smartphone! It's a strong solid device, not to big to cary in your pocket, and not to small to be handy in use. The battery lifetime is good. The software is steady and fast acting. It has many great features for business and personal needs. It is easy to use, and the ou-of-the-box settings are fine. I don't miss a thing.
Actually there may be one disadvantage, there are to many features and possible fields to get lost in. Overall, I'm happy.

about five way navigation key light
go to menu then go to control panel then go to setting then go to genral then go to personalisation then go to notification light & then go to standby br.light then off it.
