interested, 25 May 2010Diligent and keen reading over this comment section of the ... morei've been using VOiP thru this phone for awhile now and all i can say is it served its purpose. The very reaon i bought this phone is for video calling. Though i haven't tried other units for video but i can say this phone is OK for that purpose.

Heh all E72 users....a small query, my phone is a finland make. but i find some problems.
1)when i type a number for eg multiple zeros...eg 200000071, i type the 0 quick, it shows 20 and then suddenly it shows all that i type. it doesnt take the typing soon. is this a fault.
2)also when i took a video the first video came with some breaks but later on when i took ard 4 to 5 videos all came fine.
3)in my memory card it shows ard 3.6 used. but the funny part is i have stored only ard 600MB songs. thats all. what else can i delete. can i format the memory card?? what all data can i lose then....plz help me.

But if its problem to few in thousand then its good . I mean 2 to 3 percent people found pbm in e72 then its ok. But it will be big issue if more than 10 percent people having pbm.

THE Best Phone. Every micro nch of it is well desinged. best for people who are in serious work! Black Berry cant even come close to it. Camera is so good that you do not even need a scanner. It is simply the best!

i will say yes, because it got a good gripping
it may seem bulking but when you hold it not as bulk as seem to be, so lady user go for the nokia e72, now avaliable in white edition too

I BOUGHT AN E 72-i phone 3 weeks back. i am having problem with the sound ,it is very low and the camera clarity also not enough .but the phone perfomance is extremely good for the internet usage.can any one tell me why the sound perfomanc is very bad??????????????

Help!!
I am unable to setup my gmail account on my E72.
Whenever i go through the email setup wizard, after entering the username and password for my gmail a/c, nothing seems to happen!! I have tried multiple times but it still doesnt work.
I reset my phone factory settings and also re-installed the settings for internet/gprs, but it still doesnt work!!
Help help!!
Can this be fixed or should be go shoot nokia care centre?? 'cause its been just 2 days since i've purchased this phone!!

Any from Kerala tried using GPS there? I tried it in bangalore and it works sometimes.
Also can anyone tell me how to use GPS properly?(without having a data plan)
Can anyone provide a location for SymNAS and SymNC for e72?

It was a toss-up between Blackberry and the E72. Having been a Nokia fan for teh last 15 years I went E72... and regret every minute of it! I had an out of box failure which had to be returned to Nokia. My next E72 has already been back for an earpiece replacement and software upgrade. Even yesterday whilst talking to someone it simply [seems to] reboot itself, weirdest thing!! Then, and importantly, email retrieval is unfortunately a nightmare to say the very least... I regret every day having opted for the E72. If its a business phone you're after, stick to Blackberry, don't go for the pretenders until they've proven themselves!!

& its relatively cheap, 1/2 the price of the BB Bold.
I think MTN is offering it at R 289 pm with R200 aitime. or buy it cah as i did for R 4500 :)

Nokia E63 and Nokia E72 got more comfortable QWERTY keypad than Nokia E71.

No resolution was given to me but I discovered that I just used the memory card right-after purchasing the phone. If you have a brand new memory card, you should format it first before using it so that it will detect by your cp everytime you turn it back on.
