The optical trackpad is doing fine for me except for the unfortunate fact that you can't really do long swipes because of the frame. The camera could be better. I still like my N95's primary and secondary camera. The voice recorder is very bad. It cuts bits of words when I play something I recorded.. really choppy. I'm a bit disappointed. The only thing I really liked is the Dictionary.

I had my E72 two weeks ago and it has performed beautifully. However I have not been able to successfully download the Quick Office programme to which I believe Nokia E72 owners are freely entitled. Each time I tried to down load it, I usally received an e-mail message thanking me for the download which was in operation and which up till now I have not been able to successfully download. Would someone kindly help?

The advanced call manager in ovistore costs-R80 here in south africa. It is disapointing that nokia does'nt have it pre installed as advertised. To get it, u have to update the software , unfortunately here, my fone says that i already have the latest software. I also just bought a E71 last week, and guess what, its preinstalled on that fone. Go figure.

This phone is the best! Have this phone for 2 weeks now and have it charged twice, superb battery performance! Music is great as well. Photos were of good quality as well! Love my E72!

Bundled with the latest firmware-update for E72 (031.023.xxx.xx) comes a free program called "Advanced Communication Manager" (v1.01), that does what you ask for. Search on Ovi Store for more info.

I just bought E72 and found following problem:
Ringer and speaker volume are not loud. Is there any way to enhance the Ringer / speaker volume. If not its a useless phone.

Google "Nokia Step Counter".
Theres two versions to download. Download both and choose the S60_3_2_beta version to innstall on your Nokia E72. I did and it works well.
