I've been using this phone for almost 2 months,and I am very disappointed.I have an E71 as well,and performance wise the E71 is far better.There are loads of issues on the E72,from which I have been reading on forums.My phone is going back to Nokia to sort the software issues I hope it makes a difference,otherwise Im just selling it and keeping my E71

Please can anyone help me out!!!!! I have not been able to change the access points on the phone and anytime i tried to change the access point,it would return back to the home page and when this happens,i cant browse on the phone.

Well..what can I say. Sorry to have bothered you. I turned the phone off, ready to go to bed. But then changed my mind and turned it on again..Yep. The mailbox then was gone. So even if you delete it, it wont be removed before you turn off the phone and turn it on again. Sorry guys. (Lucky me, though) .

If you can check all opnions for every phone, nothing have all positive feedback. These are all opinions and not fact, but personally i like this phone and planning to buy one.

Why are you misleading?
Best build - The Back cover is so loose, you take the phone out from your pant pocket and the cover stays in your pocket.
Communication (read:emails) SUCK BIG TIME. The phone doesn't understand the Option "Download - Full Message".
You have to waste time, in retrieving mails Its a sad phone. And I can prove it to anyone.

Super User, 28 Apr 2010It's official, the E72 is the best Symbian based business o... morecould not be more agree with u. i was Sony's supporter but switch to nokia about 3weeks by now. am really happy with e72! the battery life n features amaze me. recent firmware update makes the overall performance even better and perfect. likes the internet radio..good nokia work!

my wife gave this to me as a gift and it sucks for the lcd broke.. it was just in my pocket the whole time and when i pulled it out.. it was broke.. it was even inside the black protector it came with.. :(( there were no scratches bumps or anything on the outside but the lcd was broken in two huge pieces.. it just sucks.. it was not even a month old.. :((

OMG... Nokia has released the Nokia E72 in white.
Its all worth the wait. Now just have to wait for them to be released in Australia.
Love you Nokia!
P.S I hate the keyboard sensor light, it doesnt work. Please remove that!

the E72 is ok but the touch screen doesn't even work. i got so angry and threw mine out the car and it broke and now vodafone won't even give me a refun.
