does anyone kno if u must hav a data plan to use IM like a blackberry with the e72? or u can use wifi?

hi.. just a bought a new nokia e72 recently my problem is that everytime i log in to facebook how come i cannot see any chat box window?? how will i able to see / use that function in facebook?.. thanks..

MANDY, 20 Apr 2010cn sm one suggest me which mobile to buy the cmparisn is ... moretried the E72 but it could not store more than 2000 contacts...have 4000+ contacts as of now...so the phone kept hanging...returned the phone to the dealer and bought the new BB bold 9700...it accepted all contacts and is also a super fast phone...am extremely happy with it. My decision...if you dont have too many contacts then go the E72 otherwise the BB9700 is the best so far.

hey guys..
i got my e72 yesterday, all is perfect but one thing...
the last line on the keypad arent working...the only things that function right are the bluetooth shortcut and space/flashlight...the others either dont work, or have different funtions then the ones written on the keys!!...
any ideas on how can i reslove this??! thanks!

Questions!, 20 Apr 2010Is the E72 TFT screen scratch resistance? i reallyy want to... moreNokia dont claim scratch resistance but ive had no problems just take care of it,,if you put it in pocket with money or keys thats just irresponsible...I would leave it on if its not getting in the way as extra protection but in the end its up to you i hate screen protectors cause can cause reflections degrade screen brightness..

AND B.I.S, servers and have to pay vodafone 5GBP extra on top of contract,,they are not really as consumer friendly and thats why i have never bought/needed one,,however if you go that route dont expect good camera or good multimedia its still to this day a buisness device with very old icons..If you email dependent its the way to go and most agree its the best device for email addicts..

gah, 20 Apr 2010hey there, I just bought my phone yesterday and I'm very sa... moremy fone is set to 999 messages and memory card,,what you have is as said by someone earlier its your sim card is full....The early sim cards in 2001 had capability to store 10 mssages and 99 contacts..Things have changed since then but still 10 messages can be stored on the sim..this is how i get 999 messages

menu--messaging--options---settings--other--number of messages savedd put999--memory in use choose memory card altho because e72 has good c-disk space you can use that its just if you reset your fone all messages disappear so memory card is better;;

to get rid of sim messages its menu--messaging--opyions--sim messages....I have none cause its new sim on prepay just got rid of contract..If you have messages there should be option to save to inbox or something so you can keep them..

hey there, I just bought my phone yesterday and I'm very satisfied with it. But I have one question to ask all of you:

my phone (bottom there, beside the alarm sign) got the message icon that blinks. is that my phone problem / sim card? my sim card is only contain phone book.

hope that someone can help me with this.

This is the best phone ive ever used. From the BB Bold I and II to the Sony X1 nothing even gets close to the awesomeness!!! of this phone!
