Only E 71, 72 is best and better from all other HTC, Iphone,BB phones. Use and feel difference. buy e71 if cam quality doesnt bother u.

    I bought the E72 with much careful thought as to how it would turn out to be. Considering it has been getting a lot of bad reviews mainly on software, i gave it a shot as it is specifications wise, a killer to the Blackberry lineup.
    Overall, its been alright. There are a few main things which should be straightened out with future firmware updates, but other than that, its been pretty good.
    I've noticed that the phone randomly resets itself 4 times since i got it. Roughly about once a week since i bought it last month.
    The spacebar is also an issue, it has stopped working on me twice, which goes off after a reboot, so its ok.
    Other than that, its been great. Takes good pictures, gps, maps and the email has been good to me also.
    To be honest, if you have an unlimited internet plan and work on your emails all day long, go for a Blackberry. If not, your best bet is the E72.

      I am not against BB fans, but just a hype which has been created about BB is useless...BB has to come a long way to reach Nokia standard. But agreed BB has created a group of consumers who dont regard any other mobile as good as their BB. And I dont blame them as they loose their ability to think further...(BB) or I would say (Bye Bye) to rest of the world

        i compare many bb phone & i phone with e72. price range greater than e72. aprroximate 125 dollar exess compared to e72. all other phone brand(BB, I PHONe) dont even have 5 mega pixel camera, hspa and hsupa. all other specification r same. e72 have free navigation( life time ). any BB user tell me . its doesnt have rent for network usage like BB. may be e72 is not stable. that is the only problem. but it will solve by nokia 2 or three update . so i think BB user and i phone users get frustrated cos of e72 pros. its quite natural na rajesh

            Georgieeee, 20 Feb 2010im thinking of upgrading from my HTC Dream (G1) to the Noki... moreI think u should get the E72 because it's newer. I've been using this phone for 2 and a half months and never regret it. So far so good, esp. the push email and I don't have that spacebar or whatsoever problems mentioned by other E72 users. So I guess it's just the matter of luck of getting the E72 that's in good or broken condition :)

I will switch to both of these brands if there is no other brand on planet earth...till then I am so happy with my Nokia E71, N82 and last but not least E72...E72 does all which E71 could'nt...taking nice & clear pics, music and so nice optical trackpad...its a matter of choice and I feel BB and iphone has its own consumer group and Nokia is for everyone...By the way you did not tell me which BB you are using and how do you rate it higher than E71...forget about E72 because BB will need another 2 years to come to that point.

                Anonymous, 21 Feb 2010dude,pple need a change..me myself has been a loyal fan of ... moreI would say the best combination are my iphone and E71. i have unlimited data plan for my E71 which i used for messaging no need for BIS if you have a BB. iphone is perfect for web browsing, gaming and social networking apps. i am using Joikuspot from my E71 to transmit WIFI to my iphone and i would say that they are a perfect match made in heaven

I myself bought and sold 2 ti... moredude,pple need a change..me myself has been a loyal fan of nokia for the last 9-10 years..only a year ago i switch to iphone which i can tell u the superb fon on planet earth..but still using nokia as my secondary fone..im using a lot of nokias..then after using my previous nokia E63 which i can say the best E-series type for 4 months,i gave it to my lovely wife..coz what?coz im switching it to BB bro! n now im using a combination of APPLE iPhone n also BB..what a superb n massive changers..ahhhaha..my live is so happy with these 2 devices..no more nokia..no more nokia..nokia sucks..although i still admire them but the prob is from nokia itself..they were lazy dude..many bugs..what a shame..so,i suggest u throw away ur god damn E72 n buy BB..

                    SLOW SLOW SLOW.......Used most of the E series phones and believe me this one is the sloppiest among all of them considering the price that you pay.

                    Slow, Jumbled buttons makes life difficult. Once you disconnect from the USB ( which also charges your phone) the battery indicator shows that the phone is still getting charged. What a sad choice I made over the rugged E63

                    I would say dont buy now. wait till you hear about some significant improvements in the OS. Nokia is just finding to make flimsy phones. Recent best has been 5800...what a phone. If you need a qwerty phone choose E71 or E63..you ll stay smiling.

                      Friends, firmware 23.002, I did the upgrade today...After upgrade I noticed the speed improvement, screen is sharper and now it shows lively colours and improved clear view fonts...Audio has become more crisper and Nokia has added 1 purple business and personal theme. About stability, I have yet to explore as I just finished upgrading the mobile. Now for those who want to do upgrade...its recommended to take it to Nokia service center but those who want to do it byself...here are the tips...First download and install the latest Ovi Suite ( its about 92 MB )...Then connect your E72 with USB cable in PC suite mode...Computer will install device and then in Ovi suite go to software upgrade...Your E72 will be scanned and you will see backup option...choose yes for backup and then choose the install software option...169 MB firmware file will be downloaded and installed on your E72...The whole process will take approx 2 to 3 hours depending on your internet speed. GOOD LUCK...

                          Reading thru the reviews it happens time and time again,,nobody states were they are from..if your in france you come on here and say how much is itwell how do we know its a world forum,,

                          Here in uk we have so much back up and laws,people on here say what should i do? my fone is not right,,well surly you take it back to where you bought it from?? People are going to have to help themselves by purchasing from reputable outlets and be wary buying second hand..There is only you in your country who can get prices and know reputable dealers and law and if you dont then google and find out cause your using a web enabled device to post comments here so you can access google..

                          I cannot believe people come on here and put,how much is this fone thanx,,ehh what currency do you mean,is it sim free price,,contract,pay as you go?? plus why cant you find out you live in the country surly youve got more chance of finding out the price more than anyone else..My goodness me..

Two of which I encount... moreive had this fone about 3 months and in beggining there were reports then about spacebar,,ive had no problems with it so far and to be honest forget nokia messaging it only really works on e52..Have not been on this e72 forum for ages cause been trying n97..I never had e71 so cannot compare it to that but e72 nearly does all i want but dont expect it to play vga n-series video it just a no go even with 600mhz under bonnet,,

                              the e72 is handy and the best mobile phne so far. The qwerty keypad is so easy to type. Browsing the internet is so fast with wifi. As a matter of fact i am using it right now while writing this comment..

                                Iam using e72 since 10 days works very good . i didnot have any problems.
                                i tried a lot of phones (N70,N82,N79, 5800 N97) But the e72 is the best.
                                evey thing is fin like,
                                Speed
                                Web browsing
                                Two way charging
                                Battery time
                                Design, (Thera is light leekeg through key pads but its dos,t matter.)
                                Full qwery keypad
                                GPS and navigation
                                Call, Speech, sound with head set quality
                                but speekers sound quality is not good.

                                    when you compare the speed with E63, did you make it aple to aple condition? what I mean is how many application you open in E72 and hpw many in E63? more application opening will make slower the phone work.

                                        hi every body i have e72 for 2 month and i works very good . i didnot have any problems. no hang no space bar issue every thing is cool. i tried a lot of phones and e72 is the best and it is better than e71 alot. with it u have everything u want in your hand and i used it alot and the battry stay for 3 days.
