hi every body i have e72 for 2 month and i works very good . i didnot have any problems. no hang no space bar issue every thing is cool. i tried a lot of phones and e72 is the best and it is better than e71 alot. with it u have everything u want in your hand and i used it alot and the battry stay for 3 days.

Most of the people everywhere in the world are facing problems with the e72... it's not just MY personal experience.. Some phones work fine but some others don't so if your phone is working properly, your lucky. This is my 2nd E72 with the same problems (read my older post).. And if you don't believe me go type "e72 problems" or "e72 space bar problem" in google and you will see yourself.. I believe yes that e71 is better than e72 FOR NOW... unless nokia lunches the new firmware v22.077 which they did and then deleted for some reason, maybe they didn't fix all the bugs.

hi, i have a nokia e 72..i find it handy and cool at the same time..i wouldn't exchange for any other.... for now.

hneed help, 20 Feb 2010dude can u tell me how did u managed to get ur fone changed... moredoes the space bar prob go away after updating? and nokia in delhi changed my fone twice and the dealer from where i bot it changed it twice..and the new phone that nokia got also had a defect as it failed there own quarantine check..nokia is now giving me another handset..they have really been helpful and are also willing to return back my money if the problem does not get rectified..i suggest go to any nokia care and tell them your problem..but push them to send it to the head office..only then some major action will be taken.

Is e72 of the same body quality as e71? I touched e52 today (e52 and e72 are in the same design line) and I'm very disappointed. Cheap looking, not solid in hand felling.

I thing the phone has A LOT OF BUGS. Two of which I encountered are a freezing space bar and a loss in signal. I think the phone would have been amazing if it wasn't for these annoying bugs. The phone has lots of potential but the problems take over and make you want to break it into pieces. I went to Nokia Care and they gave me a new E72 after leaving me hanging for 1 week and still the same problem with the space bar and the phone restarts randomly on its own, very frustrating. I know it's a firmware problem but we're paying a lot of money in order to get the best phone which, turns out, isn't. I'm going back to nokia care to let them know about it, i might switch to another series N97 maybe, but i really love the QWERTY keyboard and the look of the e72 which no other NOKIA has (except for the e71).. And you know what? The add for e72 in my country was "The new e72 is here, good news for you, bad news for blackberry".. if i knew this would happen, i would have bought a Blackberry!
Very disappointed in Nokia.

Friends, agreed E72 has bugs. I myself bought and sold 2 times and now holding 3rs E72. It does sometimes give up and become unstable. I thought tens of times that I must get rid of it...but where is the successor of E72...I cannot find any mobile which is Qwerty and complete in specs. Though there are a lot of new features which are expected to be availble sooner or later in many brands but at the moment E72 rules. So my suggestion go ahead and get it as now price is also very low.

hey frenz anyone had a problem like silent key doesn't work properly as in when u try to put it on silent it goes silent n within a sec again gets to general mode... i had this problem n nokia customer care has send it to nokia head office saying it has some UI problem which is a manufacturing problem... n most shockingly they r sayin it would take 10days... n i`ll be gettin a repaired set.. the set is just 3days old n they`ll repair it not replace it what d hell nokia is upto.. a person puts 20k for this kinda stuff... what a shame for nokia...zero customer satisfaction, i somehow feel nokia sucks now... frenz is dere any procedure to set them right...??

EMAIL is a DISASTER in this handset. I have had my software re-installed by NOKIA. Even then it does not work correctly.
Also it is slower in opening larger excel files compared to E63. (processor speed/RAM all the specs we have been fighting on the forums are futile.)
Nokia is betraying a potential customer if it projects this device as the best for emailing.
E63/E71 with nokia messaging service is FAR FAR better than E72.
So go ahead buy the phone for fancy specs. ( Shame I did the same thing).

yes e72 has firmware issues...but once they are sorted out through further updates it will destroy other qwerty phones..im sure...juz like e71 did...nokia is to be blamed though for releasing half-baked phone...guys wait a bit and then buy it...

i have faced a lot of problems with my E72 in the past 2 weeks since i bot it..the space bar hangs up..nokia has changed 3 of my phones and the 4th one also had the same problem..can anyone tell me if this problem is occuring with the new firmware update that is available? and is it worth to stick on to the same phone after updating it? Please help!!
