Navneet, 20 Feb 2010Can anybody suggest me which is best option to buy e72 or e... moreI've got the same problem. Here in Poland e72 costs nearly twice as much as e63. It's a lot of money and that make me not 100% sure of choosing e72. I want a phone that will be 'on time' for min. 4 years. I don't like to change things quickly. I will wait next 2 weeks, do some more research and buy one of these.

im thinking of upgrading from my HTC Dream (G1) to the Nokia e72, ive done ALOT of research, it looks good, but can someone PLEASE tell me if this is the phone to get?
e72 or e71 ?!
and if i do get the e72 im thinking of the topaz brown? lol

today i have seen this mobile its have pritty desentvolume for a business phone ? camea quality is not enough . now it can get for 19000/-rs in keral nokia priority showroom

My audio jack comes out easier compared to my laptop. I wish it was a little more snug. It's very easy to pull out. To be honest I was hoping to get a Finland phone... I would like to have one to compare to the Chinese make.

Nokia would be the more powerful if they enter the world of windows mobile 7 and the android. right!? nokia pleae release phones with android OS.

Have you try to use headphone only(no mig like original Headphone)ie from iPod?
Plug its to your E72 and select lineout instead of headphone and you will supprise since you will find much better sound quality in term of clarity and power.

My opinion made in China is find, the quality exactly same with othe countries sine is under Nokia control, Nokia just move the factory to reduce the cost.
My all Nokia mobile phone are made in China and never get hardware problem.
Dont think all China product are low quality, last year at the audio exhibition at USA China make a great supprise since one of the sound system can beat even better than top brands there.
Yes China produce also the low quality goods as well, but for the branded one the quqlity follow the owner standard.

I have been using my new e72 (made in China) for a few days now and I have no problems except the 3.5 mm audio jack seems to be loose. When I plug in the jack it can come out very easily, too easily. Does anyone else have this problem?

The new firmware is now available and I have updated it on my phone. It's a very stable build guys.

I got this phone a week back in india!Till now its going on smooth.Battery has come for 5 days with moderate usage(includes browsing+music).Music Player is good with headphones.Voice quality is very goood and not low as told by others.Was successfully able to set up my mails without hassle.
Has a good built,with very light leakage(looks goood beacause of this keypad is well light in dark).
Browsing has been exceptionally improved.Skyfire simply works like charm.
Camera is okay for 5MP.Got decent snaps with this!
Well space bar had stoppped working once.Had to restart to get it fixed.
Looking forward for the firmware update.
Phone is very fast in operation.Confirmed 600Mhz(even though made in China)
I would says its a great phone & rate 9/10.

I bought the E72 2 weeks ago. BEST decision of my life. Internet browsing is easy and push email works like a dream. The build quality also feels excellent. Touch pad is a bit unresponsive but you learn how to get the most out of it very quickly. General functions are second to none. 10/10!!!

Nokia India website mentioned Rs 23k odd sometime back. Yesterday I checked again with a local dealer he was selling it for Rs 19k odd and with free Nokia BT handsfree worth approx 1100Rs.I guess Rs 3k drop in less than 2 months is scary. I think a wait of another month will bring this phone's cost to 16-17k which I feel is good for the handset.

I enjoy this phone very much..might be old fashion as i enjoy phones like these much more than touchphones...cant stand the smudges made by my fingers on the screen and of course having physical buttons to push at is a real treat. Hopefully the manufacturers would agree with me and make more of these phones instead solely focusing on touchphones.

i have faced a lot of problems with my E72 in the past 2 weeks since i bot it..the space bar hangs up..nokia has changed 3 of my phones and the 4th one also had the same problem..can anyone tell me if this problem is occuring with the new firmware also ie the 23.(something digits) update? and is it worth to stick on to the same phone? because nokia is willing to return my money back..
