To quantify my previous post I selected this phone for small business use for its ease of setup, e-mail, calender sync abilities and its ability to sync with outlook 2003 and its supposed reliability, being just about the biggest manufacturer in the market I thought, somewhat mistakedly, that Nokia would be a safe bet......how wrong i was! I have yet to get any e-mail to send, it will recieve fine, but try as i may it will not send on POP3 or mfe. That is merely a minor irritant when you compare it to the phones totally woeful performance when it comes to bluetooth connectivity it constantly drops the connection when connnected to my thb cc9060 running the latest firmware, not only does it drop the connection randomly,mid call, but it then needs to be restarted to regain the connection, sometimes crashing compleetely on restart requiring removal of the battery to start it again. The phone also does not seem to know it has disconnected from the bt connection and subsequently routes all calls to a non existant bluetooth connection when away from the carso callers are greeted with silence! Bt connection in cars to handsfree kits is a pretty standard and basic function of any phone these days and out of the 4 phones we bought only 1 connects with any reliability, in my opinion the e72 is not redy for market and should never have been released in this state it is totally useless for day to day business environment. Sceptical of my review, thinking of buying one? Then check out nokia's own discussion forum, it is awash with people complaining of these problems with e-mail and bluetooth issues yet nokia does not even acknowledge there is an issue with this phone.....mine is being returned to the operator and being replaced with another make, I for one will NEVER buy or recommend a noka phone to anyone until nokia get's it's act together and starts to support customers and issue firmware updates to fix serious issues with their products in a timely manner!

I have been using the e72 for the last month now and have finally lost patience with it and Nokias apparrent indifference to the numerous firmware and or hardware problems with this phone.

n8 is coming. Nokia's first 12mp smartphone! with Symbian^3, 720p Recording. will come with an HDMI port.

The problem might lie within the Garmin XT software and not the phone. Check for an update of that software and if there is, try reinstalling it. If you get error messages, write them down and forward them to the developers so changes can be made.

Shiju, 10 Feb 2010I too have this issue, always the internet connection pop u... morethe reason ur getting the pop up for selection of access point is coz u might have set in some application(most probably ur email) as "always ask" . wen u unlock ur fone that appplication tries to connect to the net.. i had the same problem and i changed setting permanently to my carriers internet setting( my problem was with the traveler application) if its the traveler. enable it when ever u want to use it.

But i ... moreAccelerometer sensor is the ability to understand the position of the phone, whether it is facing upwards or downwards etc.. E72 has it, it is activated.. You could try by configuring, and when there's an incoming call, you'll just have to turn it upside down(or the opposite) and it'll turn to mute.. The E72 if i'm not mistaken doesn't support web browsing in other position other than its original.. That doesn't mean it doesn't have accelerometer..
