this phone does not have any touch screen functions it does have the tracker pad like the bb 9700 or the 8520 hope this helps

does anyone know if you can use the nokia wireless keyboard with this handset and if so what i need to do to get it to work plus if anyone knows somewhere good to get one cheap other than ebay as i have started to use handset to type work up on and if i could use the keyboard would be really usefull thanks in advance

Hi everyone,
I'm iPhone 3G user and I decided to buy one more phone for my self cuz i need it, and I'm stuck between Nokia N97 & Nokia E72, reason why I choosed this 2 phones is that I really Need a "physical" keyborad cuz iPhone users WILL KNOW that how much HARD is to type with iPhone's virtual keyboard!
Since I already have a touch screen phone I think that goin' for N97 will be kinda not so good bu the form-factor and the built of N97 is perfect!
BUT, form-factor and Built Style of E72 is simply Fabulous!
So I'm REAALY STUCK BETWEEN THIS TWO PHONES!! What i need from N97 & E72 Users is that to give their opinions about their phone or they can make a comparison between E72 & N97!

but surely, i can delete number which was been dialed, missed calls and recieved calls in the Miss Call Tab, Dialed Number Tab and Received Calls Tab.

In other nokia phones, we can delete individual phones in the log list. Does the E72 model have this feature? I've tried to delete only selected phones in the log list but couldn't do it 'coz what can only be done is to clear the entire log which means deleting all phone numbers in the log list.

got my new nokia E72.. very satisfied wid d phone was usin E71 bfore.. but this phone roxx d music output is same as in E71... N97 mini has a very low battery backup... i,ll suggest u can go for this amazin fone... totally roxx..

I like the style of E72 I'm thinking about buying one of them but what about the space bar problem any hope to solve this problem

i've been using e72 for 3 days now. i got bb 8900 too.
its better than bb in every way( to my use).at least i can almost use every app in my nokia phone with wifi connection.
2- better gps (nokia map)and free & can be used without Internet or service subscription.
3- all chat clients/Apps can be use with wlan connection unlike bb. you have to subscribe for bb service or pay premium for IM client to use it in wlan.
4- nokia has better msg service.i can make folders and save my sms msgs in sd memory. you cant do this in bb.
but to be honest i miss my threaded msgs in bb os5 its very useful. hope nokia will implement this feature in future.(i know theres apps for that).
5- nokia(Symbian) has tones of appz!
6- the battery in nokia is much better than bb!.
7- nokia is much cheaper in price.( at least in my country).
the camera sux in both phones.
and about the email service.
i don't use them in both and don't need them so i cant comment.
its true sometime hung, or getting slow in function(bb much more stable to my use at least).
also has low loudspeaker (bb better in this). but i am sure that nokia will address these problems via next few firmwares as usual.
I also like the screen size in bb.
thats my observation for now and will comment if I face any prob in future :D

Samsung Corby is for school kids not for people who need a better and best mobiles...Samsung Omnia II, Omnia Pro B7610 are good phones if you want to look into Samsung in comparision to N97mini...

But many people have positive comments to make about N97mini. Touch screen is no problem. It will take you 2 to 3 days to get used to and than its business as usual. I have seen the built quality of N97mini. Its very good with a big screen too. So if you dont mind slower processor you may opt to N97mini.
