e72 rocks!! No need to pay attention to negative comments. It's fast and accurate.. I'm using it for a month now apart from difficuty in upgarding quickoffice to version 6. That thing will be sorted by quickoffice support care. Camera, gallery and music player are great. There is slight issue of light leak which is a minor issue. It's a major upgarade over my previous handset e71. After using it for a month now when i took e71 in my hands the software appeared too oldish and slow and i could not bear with it. The keyboad is better than e71. U can get great typing speed.. So guys no need to wait if u have money in ur pocket. Go for it guys..

the camera is very good, speaker is clear and very simple to adjust volume with a flick of your finger.
Only complaint right now is that it is designated as supporting "push to talk" i called at&t us to have the feature activated, they enabled the feature, should have made my phone configure on reboot, starting to suspect ptp feature of this phone is either not supported by at&t or it is non-existant. i have seen some "seller" sites NOT list ptp as a feature of the phone......will update as i learn more.
Other than that, good phone, stable, good battery life, seemless playback of video, easy management.

If u want to take pics, n97 mini will be the better set, in fact if u like taking pics, there is no better cell then a sony ericsson.
If u use internet and coming from a bb, e71 will bw a better choice.
N97 mini has more memory, better camera, more towards multimedia if u are more comfortable with a touchsreen then its for u.
I have the normal n97. non mini version, I like everything about it, but, its slow! lots of memory but for what if the cell is so slow? Also not the easiest cell to make a phone call, the touch screen does get annoying at times.

The time you find complaints are minimised and price of E72 is about USD 100 higher than E71, I bet it would be right time to go for E72. Till then Patience all the way.

any e72 user please help me out.. has anyone updated their quickoffice version on e72. I'm having version 5 and i'm unable to upgrade to version 6.. I tried several times to upgrade through the quickmanager but of no success. Each time when i press the download button the download bar starts but shows complete immediately and then nothing happens even after waiting for 5 minutes. Then i've to cancel the download. I tried the upgrade via email method also but of no help.. Can anyone help me out of this problem..

Dear E72 users,
i have one question about email attachment. if the attachment size is more than 1 Mb, can u still open the attachment? I have BB curve and if the attachment size is more than 1 Mb, the message would be truncated and i can see the attachment.

I wish I had not bought this phone. Deeply regret it. Memory management is terrible. I bought on Sunday and during the last 7 days found about 30 problems with it. Sadly, none of them have been solved by Nokia either through the call centre or at the dealer or at the concept store or at the service centre. Having exhausted all reasonable opportunities I would like other folks to avoid buying this handset. During the next days, I will post one by one, the killer defects in the phone.

Its a great experience using E72... very very powerfull mobile.. its battery backup rocks!
i want to know how to install anti virus in phone or is anti virus really required
