sheriff, 02 Dec 2009which shop did u buy for so cheap....i paid 1 k more than uI bought it from Nokia Concept store on CHM road, Indiranagar.

i found the nokia e72's bluetooth a bit slow when transferring data.
just now saw a 13 mb video file took 49 seconds to transfer while for n73 it took about 30 seconds.
anybody noticed it.

Bought E72 for Rs.20999 in Bangalore yesterday.
There is free GPS navigation for 10days and one free Reebok watch worth Rs.2500.
Till now I haven't charged my phone.Its really cool phone every thing works perfect. Still playing with it.
I think it was worth waiting to get this from many months.

from december 10th onwards multibrand outlets like sangeetha ..univercell.. mobile store..etc.. starts selling...i advise u too buy than as they offer free insurance whereas npd stores dont.

Hi everyone, i have just received my brand new black E72 this morning from hk. However, i've encountered a bit of a small problem and i was hoping someone here could help me. Basically, i'm from canada and after i adjusted the time on the phone, the txt messages that i receive are listed as arriving 5 hours before the actual time. (i.e. when i get a message at 10 pm it says on the phone that i received it at 5 pm) i was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any solutions so i can fix this issue. Hi all,
I found E72 as the best option among all other handsets. Its main plus is its battery, good looks (dont compare), speed, symbian Os (lots of applications and stability), business and productivity features, sunlight legibility and 3.5mm jack with good sound. All in all, its more practical.
After going through reviews here, I found two shortcomings which I need to clarify (specially sheriff):
One, whether its speaker is that bad that you cannot hear calls when loudspeaker is on or whether it sound low because of its located at back side. My current phone has bad speaker which affects loudspeaker call in car and other things such as songs and speech.
Second, whether there is any defect in navipad built. Whether we should wait for new units to come.
Sherrif, I am not from Banglore but my brother is there. Whether E72 available at NPD there and at what price.

I don't have much money to spare. with the economic crisis, I can't afford the E72. So I have made up my mind to buy what is affordable - and that is the E63.

Bought one last night.. great phone.. no plasticky issue. Yet to figure out how Maps work.

the optical dpad is awesome...after 2 days of using i got a hang of it and just cant live without it. i use it on medium sensitivity...yesterday i had a problem with it not working with the camera options but after a few restarts ...its all fine.
and about the tick tick sound when u swipe ur finger...even i heard it and it must be some mechanical wheel below..
the only prob with the navi key is...the area for us to swipe our thumb is too less...but with time u will get adjusted to it just as i did.
any questions bring them on guys!!!!!

Ness, 16 Nov 2009Hi everyone, I'm watching every single comment about Nok... moreI'm also and Iphone 3gs user, and here is what I think. at first your not gonna like it much because you get used to the touch screen and graphics of the iphone, but after just couple of hours, I LOVE IT. As I said I'm an iphone 3gs (which is even better than the 3g) and to me personally it was well worth it, but then again at the end its up to you. good luck

I am confused between Blackberry Bold 9000 & Nokia E72. My main purpose is e-mail,SMS and of course making calls. Is the keyboard on Nokia E72 easier to use for email,SMS or for calls? Since the keys seem too small and they look cramped up in the keyboard. Whats the overall performance of the phone in terms of battery life, using it as Ipod and business purpose?

Bu... morei dont know how you people can compare nokia e72 whith nokia e63 ...indeed on the phone it not sow much metal like nokia e71 but you wont feel the diference...the qualiti it very pleasant the keybord it crisp and fast ,,,same the menu it fast and very smoth and nice adition whit new software version 2...the meniu are 3 time beter like in e71 and here i refer in colour in speed...thank you and i cant stop to use all the time the e72... i,m in love for this head set
