right now i am using nokia e61i,but i want something new,but i think what is the problem to launch e72,is it a phone or a spaceship, taking so much time to prepare for launch.i am just bored to see reviews only,now i want to have this phone.

nokia has been progressively working on E series and giving the latest E series "eye catching" look by great metal finish and high class material.

I am following posts here for a month now. As per my personal experience today, E72 is available from next week in India. Nokia official store is taking booking amount with price range between Rs. 20-22K. Now I want to decide whether:
1) I should but E72 so early or wait for price down?
2) Which colour? As per dummy shown by Nokia Showroom, I am thinking for Topaz Brown, though I always like Black?

I live in Turkey. I called to nokia two days ago.Represent said"According to nokia plan;E72 will available about on November" and also I called KVK,represent said"e72 is available on november" SO, we can buy this phone in this month.Price is fix for all country 350euro +taxes + vs

I fancy the better multimedia and zippier proccessor of e72..So if you dont care much about that then the e71 will save you money,,,but,,,,are you tempted by the better features?? or are you tempted by the new e72?? decisions,decisions,,,??

Just came back now from a Phone dealer...They have no word about the E72, but Guess What, the E71 is half the expected launch price of the E72...its really tempting for me to get an E71 now...

I just got back a Email from Nokia in Sweden and they said that the e72 should be in stores anytime now. The shippin has begun! so TAKE IT EASY guys! We willbe the new owners of the e72 anytime soon!!!!!

Stop talking about this phone. obviously Nokia isnt dumb they are researching about people and how keen they are interested to persue of pushing the release date. it took a mere few weeks for them to ship the N97 Mini and look at the N900 so technically dont bothr about this phone and buy something else.

I think i know why ?
To test the market, Nokia (as the case is) came out with super duper specification of a phone (sadly , they didn't include kitchen sink, because it is so obvious) on this blog or any other blog and they monitor the reaction of the bloggers/future nokia customers here. but they usually came up with a phone sample, they call it BETA sometimes pre-release form model. (That's the business strategy my friend). When the respond is sooooo good they started to create the phone. But in due course the face problem to cramp everything in as per specification.
I think that why there was/is the delay.
