Hi people,
You all are confusing me seriously. Some say release is out in September, some say August and some say December. Can someone official tell me the release date? I mean for Europe (UK specifically). Why can't Nokia just put official release dates on their websites? If this is out in December, I'll just get the Nokia N86 as I require buttons again. I currently have a Nokia 5800. Good phone but touch screen isn't for me. I'll get the E72 if released soon or the N86, possibly the Nokia N97.

Called up Nokia office here in Singapore and they replied that its coming out on the last month of 4th qtr. tsk tsk tsk ... around xmas time ... so long ...

No way this phone sells for $1000 usd....the freekin flagship n97 sells for less than $700. I really like the white e71 but the updates on the e72 make it hard to resist.........

i dont know but i know one thing that e71 was released one month after its announcement .i dont know why nokia toke time to build this one and less time for 5530 nokia which is a touch screen and announced the same time.

Still nokia lacks some feature the camera is 5 mp then why video @ 15 fps it should be 30 fps Damn

Guys,
I got information from nokia that this phone will be released in middle east, malaysia, indonesia, and other muslim populous country BEFORE the end of fasting period.
Because at this time handphone sale volume were almost triple the normal sale. This is the right time to release a phone.
Nokia did that with E90, they release just a couple of day before muslim new year.

if nokia releases it xmas that means q4 not q3 aqnd also means something wrong in the device that nokia is trying to fix.i dont like delay and if nokia doesnt release it aug or sep im goingt for something better.
