You can't have everything stuffed in one little package , You want to have something that can record video at 30 fps go find yourself a video camera. For others who want to use their phone as remote control and that have IR, go find yourself a remote controller it will do better job. Dont buy a phone for everything. A phone is a phone, neither a good camera nor a good video camera nor a good universal remote controller. A phone is not a jack of all trades and it only master in one thing Communication (thats why it is called a phone). Tell me a phone any brand which has everything perfectly suited for everything for everybody. So please get your priorities right. Not just starting to give negative comments about this phone no good, that phone no good. Dont waste everybody's time reading your not so intelligent comments. Thanks all

That's what you call the lawful intercept. It's used to track possible terrorism and any other local treats transmitted via calls or data. Any phone that you use inside their network can track your calls and data. It doesn't mean it's a Nokia-Siemens System therefor only nokia phones were traced.

The overall problem with Nokia is that after official announcement of most of its handsets, Nokia often leaves long period of time before the handsets actually start shipping or hit the shelves. This gap allows other manufacturers space and time to attack with similar handsets and make them better in some aspects. The official launch of Nokia E71 on 16 June 2008 is a better example and might partly explain the success of E71, Smartphone of the Year 2008. Nokia should be aware of this.
