after the release of this phone on 3rd quarter, i'll wait for 6 - 9 months... before changing my nokia e71.
so i am sure that the price is low already! PLUS the software stability.

Spiff, 16 Jun 2009600 MHz CPU as in E52 and E55? Nice. Then it has pretty muc... moreFM transmitter is not a big issue..and in case of Xenon flash...you should be known that , it is really difficult to put a xenon flash in such a thin device...(10 mm)..so enjoy the led flash or by a N82.. :)

This phone is a dream for those who are email/messaging addicts. With the new camera, CPU and optical pad I guess its performance will be unmatched in its category. The hardware quality we have seen in the E71 was wonderful, and this phone won't be less in this issue. Well, let's talk about its drawbacks: 1-the optical pad doesn't show a "mouse cursor" on the screen, which means it's just for "scrolling" between menu options and doesn't give you the feeling of a labtop mouse pad for example, 2-when this phone comes out, I am concerned other brands like Samsung/Blackberry/HTC will be already selling more powerful similar gadgets.
But Nokia is superior in terms of hardware quality and this phone will still sell like crazy.

THE video recording speed of this thing is lower at 15 fps compared to the 25 fps of the e71. BUT this e72 has a 3.5 mm jack! the features of the e63 and e71 have been integrated into this one phone. look at the battery - it's still the awesome 1500 type that will last you a loooooooong time!

last year's cellphone model is the wise buy.
my god! i haven't bought the e71 yet and this thing comes along? i want this for one great feature - the flashlight!! mwahahahahahaha!

In any case, any new Nokia comes buggy as hell... I now expect 3 or 4 firmware upgrades before my phones become "decent".
Anyone knows a real release date (for Europe)?
