This phone Is very very nice , it do every thing except bring the past back
But i have to say that it is style and have options i did not expected
but also it is poor on having more app
also the phone did not included snake and that is more stranger to me

that means you throw your money in....
"blind well". believe me it is not a equal of
its cost.
sorry to say but this time NOKIA make a big
mistake .....plz make some perfect device,
like 9500,9300i,7710 and above all my ....
previous 'lovely e61i'.

I am looking to buy one of Nokia E series. My main use is day to day office appt, e-mail, light web browse and internet banking. I always use a mid size hand bag, hence size not really the main issue; which one would you recommend to buy, between E71 or E90? Which one has faster CPU and better reliability? Thanks

i hvae bought a new e90 communicator phone one week ago but the phone i got dont contain any seal i opened it and i found that as the new phone but after a couple of days i have got a problem with the opening and closing of the inner screen can any one help me to get my cell replaced

I come from the same industry of Cellphones and have used/tested 100'0 of them. The latest experience on E90 was surprising. I have been a tester from past over decade and I have found more than 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Bugs) in the cellphone. Nokia guys, please wake up and take a call before it gets too late. To the users, this is a good attempt but was not even close to what was expected based on the price. Its crashed so many times, and in case you really need to use as a professional pda, you will not find the real good addons which actually improve productivity (let it be input devices like keyboard...).
It happens to be a symbian series 60 device, and claims to support all the wireless interfaces wlan, BT, Ir and ........ so many others. I think they forgot to mention the profiles supported by BT (except the obvious ones).
1. When You are charging the phone, connect it to a usb for data sync and it will crash.
Do it a couple of times, and you will have un-predictable results.
2. The claims on virus free are not true (in fact they can never ever be true), the only thing that the vendor has done is disabling BT (so that users cannot search it as it is not discoverable).
So many other 3rd party utilities mentioned are either non symbian signed, or happen to be paid. Don't get tipped off by lust seeing the huge feature list.
Camera: Good but takes so much heap. I would have bought a digital SLR at lesser price than the mobile. And there exists no pda without a camera option

Nah, it's not that ugly. Pretty sweet with the chrome bezel and hinges. Larger than normal but it would have to be for the function. The only deal killers that steered me to the E71 I got was the processor speed versus function and the price. It's pretty low speed. For that price, I would expect to see a 500Mhz or faster. They were available when the phone was being designed and that was when these things were going for over $1.2K USD.

But that's not the reason why I bought it.
I bought it because I can use wifi to email and to ssh to servers. The rest, excellent camera, double display, etc, came as a bonus.

Moe, 29 Jul 2008i had the nokia e90, its slow,too big, no touch screen, too... moreI have been quite pleased with my E90. I upgraded from another nokia symbian v2 phone, and it was immediately godsent - the GPS works, provided you install something like Garmin XT so it's actually useful, the keyboard increases my SMS and Email typing by about 10 times. Yes, it still has annoying pauses esp. when opening menus, but it's very liveable. The pictures it takes are STUNNING -- practically no need to buy a digital camera.

It is not a big problem. They will check and replace it if necessary. Be ready to shell out some money because the screen is one of the expensive spare parts of the phone esp. your communicator. good luck.

I've owned the nokia e90 for about a month now. It's undoubtedly the best phone in the world. I just l love it !
