It's good that nokia has nt disapointed me i like any thing which is nokia wen i i hed about e90 i went mad i like it pliz continue makeing me happy i love nokia bupe frm zambia central africa

I just got this beauty today and would like to know how do i check the firmware for the same? Can any1 please advise me with whats the latest firmware?

Amazing PDA. However 2-3 issues which are as follows:
1. I cant add my signature to SMS which I used to do in O2
2. I cant schedule SMS as i used to do in O2
3. There is no system support like we used to have 02 connect in O2
4. I cant see big notes in contact

Hi Can anyone tell me how can make the full screen video. i.e the inner full screen. id the any screen resolution we need to alter before ripping the video in converter. also is the gps facility availale in India. I'm new to E90. please guide me.. Thanks

A Damm Good Phone! Mine fell into the swimming pool while it was on. I blew all the water out with a tire air preassure hose at the garage, left itin the sun to dry for about a wekk.
Switched it on and Hey Presto!! It worked!
Very Robust! Superb applications. Still battling with the GPS, but that's the fault of the support staff, and my stupidity! (Maybe I must go read the manual? THE ONLY COMPLAINT..... Crappy technology for the memory card. Otherwise... I Loooove it!!!

I heard that all the issues related to this phone have been resolved and adding to that a new 3rd party software has been incorporated into this phone so as to send Fax...
Isn't this good news????
I am getting one if the above issues have been resolved or do you have new issues???

I'm really happy that the E90 has materialised.
There are so many people who look at the communicator as "A phone with a computer.".
Instead of as "A Computer with a phone.".
So of course, they think that it's a bulky and needless mobile.
Of course, now that Camera-phones, and walkman phones, and camera-man-phones exist, there is slightly less narrow mindedness.
However, for a lot of people, the communicator just isn't for them.
my only main use of the communicator is for the QWERTY keyboard.
-I don't work in an office.
However, look at the N95, i could have a bluetooth keyboard and have my QWERTY keyboard right there, and what would i need an E90 for?
-I'll tell you what for: An 8:3 aspect ratio screen, and a nice web browsing experience.
(incidently, why would i want to connect a wireless keyboard to the E90?
What is the point in that function?
-Is it for (example) a Japanese keyboard?).
I have been following the Communicator series of Phone ever since the 9000i (Which was the original Communicator launched in the UK.).
For me, this has redemed the Shambles which was the 9300/9300i Superseeding the 9500.
The 9500 really DID have a lot of issues.
However, i have no problems to report on the E90.
Good Points:
Battery Life is Preserved: The screen turns off on the inside the second you close it.
It's a more acceptable size, IP. phone, GPS, Vibrate mode...Basically ALL the features are up to date.. Unlike the 9500.
Quad band(!!)/3G (yes. it is important).
Bad Points:
I have to adjust to the new Keyboard layout.
The Camera Has only 3.2 MP.
(Even though, I don't really need more than that.).
The Camera has No lens Cap.
and i'm still trying to get to grips with how to use it when the screen's open half way.
So, after going on about it, probably a little bit too much, I'd give this Phone a 9 all around.
It's not perfect, but it's not too far off.
I can think of a few things that could make the phone better, however, they are only extra features.

There is no way to confirm new batch having rubber hinges to keep screen away from pads or speaker mic problem. Nokia sends sets all over the world and they keep on shifting n their region. Mideast cover from Pakistan to libya arabic keypad support. The Best way is wait wait when u see good reports on forum benefit twicw pricw down fresh firmware plus defects removal.At anybodies doesnot die with E90. The later better u can get new when others r old and faultys.

It is the same situation... "still face problems does key pad still touch inner screen and gives scratches on inside screen"

for information,beside red n mocca.E90 have colour silver.my friend already use it.in indonesia, E90 have program for fax n Intouch Indonesia claim.in the world just E90 in Indonesia can send fax.thanks
