if you have not update your Nokia G20 to Andriod 12, please dont update to android 12. the OS sucks. it hands and freezes a lot because of the chip set and the ram which is very low. keep using he default OS that comes from the box

Samsung A12 beat Nokia. All hwawei models of equal price range are more stable with more features

Had this phone over a year now, the sounds not the best the camera is average, other than that it's never let me down, never run out of battery, worth every penny 👍

It often lags, SystemUI often crashes, and quite frequently the entire phone crashes so hard that you need to use the Power button + Volume down combo to force a restart because just holding the power button does nothing.
It also heats up considerably while playing fairly lightweight games the Samsung Galaxy G30 could handle no problem.
Battery life is also degrading quickly.
I don't know which reviews to trust anymore when buying a new phone.

I was appalled to see how much a Redmi 9a with 2gb of ram can easily outperform HMD GLOBAL paperweights. Android one from Nokia is trash, better go for Motorola phones, infinitely better and optimized, also cost less

Nokia is a disgrace, imagine me saying I can never use a techno and d likes even 1g ram techno phone is way better than G20, ever hanging, self rebooting, call volume zero gat to put all calls on speaker. I can't even bare to see my enemy go for this after this experience.
If Nokia won't call for retrieval of this product may Ur company bankrupt or got burnt for defrauding us all

I bought Nokia G20 and Nokia 8.3 5G. My suggestion is never to buy any of the Nokia phones as they are out of business, they don't even know how to manufacture a phone. G20 is absolutely garbage, the phone is pretty slow and hangs frequently. I didn't get any help from customer support they said my phone has died after 1 year and 1 month so no warranty. I need to fix the phone on my own charges. My sincere advise is to stay away from this brand.

Pls don't buy this phone. This is the worst Android I ever had. It is total garbage.
It hangs, Freezes and display UI stopped working almost every time.
Battery does not last enough to be up to 5050mAh as claimed.
Fingerprint sensor and face recognition capabilities disappeared after about 6 months

Arun, 01 Oct 2022absolutely correct, getting hang frequently. Waste of moneySoon as I seen Helio G35 ,& that price tag & even free if avoid this model. I Aquired a Nokia X 100 cause I fixed a screen on a Galaxy A53 5G . When I fixed the A53 ,I could not believe the Nokia X100 was so much better. I love a phone without bloat ware and I get great use for my 6 gigs of RAM. THE X 100 IS Way UNDERRATED .I LOVE all the ui Samsung has blessed us with & I used an A 20 with a Super AMOLED & compared it to more expensive models. Every UI. Is only better but I prefer this X 100 . I used nPerf and USEING Metro get 700.Mb/s ALLWAYS on the device in the Yale New Haven area.
