I'll start with cons before pros since it annoys me more than it satisfies me. 3 months in.
Cons:
. Can't separate SMS and call ring tone. Setting combined.
. Automatically turns on: BT, wi-fi.
. Drop-down menu occasionally refuses to appear.
. No SMS delivery notes /indicator.
. Lagging and freezing is common.
. Navigation buttons: "Back" button on the left. Most people are right-handed so this is annoying. Causes one to have to stretch when using one hand (right).
Pros:
Large screen
Camera good (although I'm not a camera person)
Screen feels smooth.
Storage 64gb
Ram 4gb fast enough
Speaker sound fair.

By far the best smartphone I have ever had. Coming from an old Nokia Lumia 620, now a G20. It took some time to get used to Android. But I hope I can keep this smartphone for many years again like I did with my Lumia 620 but I am confident that I can. One thing, cannot replace the battery on this phone like on the Lumia 620.

Anyone can confirm that we can use compass app in this phone? Even though this phone does not have compass sensor, maybe compass can be compensate with another sensors.

I don't think fast changing is even supported on this smartphone
Fast changing makes a smartphone heat up unnaturally fast and will likely make the battery start swelling and not hold a good change anymore and is very stressful on the device components and will shorten the overall life span of your device

I am enjoying my Nokia G20 upgrade to Android 12. Fantastic experience. Now I'm planning on getting this phone for my sibling. Excellent experience here in Nigeria.

I ordered it from my local retailer with the SIM card I later got from the carrier - thus it is not considered a carrier phone, if I am not mistaken.
The reason I spoke of my carrier (mt:s, subsidiary of Telekom Serbia) is to underline exactly that - they do not customize or affect anything on their end regarding updates and phone software itself (at least from what they stated).
This was the carrier of my choice for over a decade. On my old Nokia 2.3, I had no problems with software at all, everything went on smoothly.
When I contacted support for the G20, they just restated the conditions of getting OTA updates on their help page, even if I said I already followed all the steps. After I provided screenshots they eventually told me to switch my network or my carrier, and while I didn't try the latter yet, the network switch was without results.
