finally a nokia camera phone with a good OS to hold their heads high.If it had a quad core proccessor,the phone would have become the best one in the market..

For those who think SkyDrive is an alternative to an SD card: Let's assume that you have the biggest option with 25GB (standard is 7GB). This is still less than half of the capability of an 64GB SD card. And are you aware, how much time passes to fill the skydrive with a few GB? And who on earth has a data plan with dozens of GB a month? And even if: If you're in nature, you often don't have a fast connection. If you're outside of your home contry you have to struggle with MBs and not GBs. It's absurd to think that SkyDrive could replace the SD card. Nokia fell into the Microsoft trap and now they're forced to introduce nonsensical space limitation to please Microsoft :-(( Ironically the cheapest lumia 520 has a card slot. This would be my choice...

I agree SYmbian OS has TRUE Multi tasking. WP also doesn't have that. It just closes least used app when nevessory.
ANyway I'm a proud owner of a 920 and i'm happy with that

considering, 24 Jul 2013how much memory does the average 41mp picture take up if st... moredepends on scene. If u are capturing nature scene and flowers full of colour then it will be around 13-15 mb. For averqge scene in daylight it will be about 7-9 mb . It also depends on exposure settings.

you just need a single core proc and a decent battery to do most of the task.
People cant accept that reality, thats where the problem is...
Microsoft can release a RT windows as a WP product now with all the RT features avaialble
but, WP is not built for the android or ios heards
WP is for WP people
WP people know when to expect what
WP people are more realistic like they have understood WP has enough apps to do most of the tasks
When WP9 converges Windows and Windows Phone into 1 broad product, WP people will see that as a great upgrade.

sure you need internet for that, isnt that the basic requirement for a smartphone.
but indeed its very important to have an sdcard slot to move ANY files not just pictures

Sa... moreI have a Lumia 920, the heavy weight one (as far as i take note of things the same size the heavier one was always a better quality product. Go see for yourself Cars,Toys,Hifi`s etc) the battery last me 1,5 days normal use sometimes 2 full days. It only freezes 2 times in the 3 months i used it.(not playing games like a child)Block unnecessary apps running in the background, chance it to 2G network, you don`t need 3G or 4G to receive mails,calls etc, if you go to the net and download things chance it back it`s quick and easy and you will see the battery last much longer. For my working conditions as construction manager/supervisor/electrician this is a excellent phone. My previous phone was a iphone 4 and i cannot compare it Lumia much better phone, My brother-in-law have a Samsung S3 or 4 not sure but anyway we took photo`s video`s etc etc and he said himself that the Lumia is a better phone, the only thing is the tones i love to have customized tone for my mail, whatsapp etc. Android users, go play games plug into your phone working people don`t do that. GO NOKIA WP !!!

tell me one thing. Is it possible to stop viber,skype,whatsapp not to run in background. Whehar it is connected to network or not. But i need these software to stay closed i don't check for notification or alerts.
