- Lumia 1020 does not support google maps, out of the box it comes with Here Maps (from Nokia), which can be used offline (after downloading the respective region/country)
- Clash of clans is supported as stated here http://clashofclanswindowsphone.com/
For other games you should google the windows phone store.
- As for upgrade to Win10, Lumia 1020 is supported, although the preview of September introduced issues with the camera (better wait for stable release).
As per iPhone 5 vs Lumia 1020, I am not aware of iOS, I am the owner of Android Nexus 5 & Lumia 1020 (liked both).

great phone camera is a class on its own. The phone still sits firmly on its throne of best camera phone. Hope for a successor soon so MS please release the 1030!!!!

If you dont b... morePhone nowadays doesn't measure up by paramater ,but integrated between hardware and software could produce amazing photos,it simple somehow before our photos being snap.,it already manipulating by smartphone software itself, if you know camera 360, smartphone camera also do the same setting on it,but with very quick capture and manipulating with amazing processor speed.

This is certainly the best camera phone ever. If you dont believe, investigate focal length, aperture, etc parameters.

I Had this phone from shortly after it came out until yesterday when I broke it. I loved this phone. I am getting an iPhone 6S from work and the specs on the 2 year older 1020 are much better or comparable on all categories. They did a poor job marketing this phone. It was really a great product beyond the amazing camera.

According to DXO Mark, iPhone 5s(NOT 6S!), Xperia Z1(NOT Z5 premium!) and other phones are better than Lumia1020.

The update to Windows 10 Mobile for the 1020 will come available in January, can't wait.
