nokia lumia 1020 is a high quality phone compared to another phones camera quality is fantastic

So you are asked to let whatsapp make the video shorter and smaller in size like 16 seconds for example. But when you use the camera to record a video directly in whatsapp then it can handle a longer video cause the quality is lower i.e. No HD but vga quality. The downside is that you have to record videos directly in whatsapp under attachments>open video and so you're not able to send a video at a later time.

i have lumia 1020 and samsung note 10. the size of videos or even pictures is bigger in lumia in relation to samsung. i even can't send a video 20 sec via what's up if i use the lumia for recording. can any one help

Either way you can upgrade to Windows 10 with the insider preview, you have to register. Better is to simply wait till January when the official update will be released for a bunch of older Lumia's.

They've decided to release on two phones each year particularly the 950 and 550 series where one is a high earn n the other lie earn. I know this because I work at Microsoft mobile.

Here's a nice camera comparison, the Nokia N8 still beats the iPhone 6S in some areas, and it's over 5 years old. Of course the Lumia 1020 still rocks being the camera king.
