These people here. Complaining ang degrading this phone are crappy people. Before comparing it to any brands or anything. See the date it was released first. and compare it to it's competition on that year. not on this present year. Have some common sense first.

This is really not a comment but a question. I own a Nokia 1080 but got faulty. Bad charging port. I've tried getting this twice but none worked. How do I get/ purchase a working or original charging port. I love this phone so much. Especially the camera.

pan dv, 11 Apr 2021still have this up to now and still not convinced to let it... moreIn JPEG format, even this Lumia is hard to beat the 808's DSLR-like photo quality. But with the inclusion of OIS (albeit the very ancient first-gen type) and RAW support, I still incline this Lumia for post-production editing.

still have this up to now and still not convinced to let it go, some phones now (2019) cannot even blow this out of the water...
this is the best nokia phone i have so far since i never had the nokia 808...
my nokia n8 has better output at times, but that phone is not that versatile unlike 1020 in terms of manual setting...
i even find the camera ui of this phone easiest, you only need some swipes to change iso, shutter speed, etc...
some other phones i use burry those settings on menu, or need a lot of tap and swipes just to set the iso...

this is the real high megapixel phone
all the other budget phones you see today with the bad marketing for "48 mEgApIxEl qUaD aI cAmErA" can't even match the photo quality of the real non quad bayer 41mp sensor of this phone.
hell, even the 108mp s21 ultra cant really process real 108mp photos itself meanwhile this lumia can actually process it
the high megapixel race should really stop, just aim for the real bayer instead of putting out quad bayers for more "eXtRa dEtAiL fOr lOw LiGhT" bs that they have putting out for nearly two years now. at least they should make a real 33mp sensor for actual 8k recording
