I am newer to Nokia Lumia 1020, Handsets backside heats up a lot when I use the camera for 1 minutes. I can't touch my finger backside of the handset. Is it normal or there any defects or I have show it at Customer care center?
Need suggestion.

to recharge ,will it damage the battery over time?..any idea?any difference with wall charger?

I m very satisfied with 1020.
But s... morethe camera drains battery so if you use it much maybe a cameragrip will help wirhbextra battery life.
Also you can set screen brightness to low and disable as many apps possible which running in background. Hooe it helps mate.
Battery gets better after some charges. Like a car, new car is less fuel efficient than the same car with 10.000km on the clock.

My 1020 is stuck in camera mode,like frozen,no matter what buttons I push it will not turn off. A major disappointment,I only had it for a few days. It won't do anything!!!

Frie... morePlease try these steps:
1- Set Black theme & lock screen
2- Turn off Double tab to wake up the phone (If possible)
3- Try not to pin many apps to home screen
I am not sure if it works for you but it really works fine on my 925

But struggling with battery life.it's one third of my galaxy note 2.
Even I can't squeeze it's potential in fear of low battery alarm..i m trying every means to last 24 hrs..

This is the first time i m really satisfied with a smartphone..
Previously i was using galaxy note 2..lumia 1020 is far superior except battery life & stylus..

i m highly anxious abt the lens..is it scratch proof..
i m not getting lens cover anywhere.
got back & flip cover with bare lens area.
i want to use 1020 at least 5 yrs & i take care of my device very much.thank u.
