Personally I don't use a screen protector but it can never hurt. Gorilla glass is good but not unbreakable.
A out the cover for the lens, i don't know. I know some cases providing lens covers, but they are part of the case itself.

What an amazing phone, i never though that there is a phone with 40 MP of camera, i don't like too much the NOKIA phones but this one amazed me with the camera quality. i would like to see this phone in action, does anyone know how much is this phone?

The shaking sound is not any hardware or software problem. The camera is being mounted between some bearings to adjust the shuttering speed and other configurations.
The same is being told by microsoft docs as well.
