Very sad...
After upgrade from lumia 900 to lumia 1020...
My new lumia 1020 can't download "whatsapp", "flashplayer" and "xinvideo" etc...
Many apps are not updated, so outdated as compare to IOS and Android.
I am just asking for the basic apps.
So sad to have supported Nokia phone again!!!
Nokia / Window phone when can you improve???

    Very dissapointed had the 1020 less than a week and hate it already..no whatsapp no Adobe flash and poor app store

Almost 2 weaks are gone, no whatsapp. Probably they wait for the official release of windows 8.1 or are struggling to make it work on 8.1 . I don't know... what i know is that they are quite slow in releasing this app fully working...

              Hi everyone.

              I purchased Lumia 1020 yesterday. I tried to download and install WhatsApp from App Social. Instead, I got "This is not available for your device".

              Does it mean one cant use WhatsApp on 1020? What could be the problem?

                  AnonD-80308, 25 May 2014is this upgradeable to windows 8.1?It's already upgradable to the WP8.1 developers preview version, but for that you need to register. The official roll out will start -hopefully- next month when more WP8.1 phones will hit the stores.

After a while, trying out different settings I think I managed to make pretty awesome photos is almost every situation. But I am sure that I even still don't use the camera to it's fullest. As a photography lover this phone was the best on camera experience to offer.

You don,t see good, you had an defective 1020, you never own them. And ps. You think you,re the only one able to do this type of comparision? It is not like they are so rare nobody can touch them. So, we compared them, we seen them and s4 got knocked the hack out.

                                      Had this phone a week running alongside a Galaxy S4,signal is far better on 1020,as for the rest not as good,apps are not in the same league as Android both for quality and quantity,and this 'mega camera',9 out of 10 shots the S4 produces better pictures

                                        This is almost perfect! hope to see an upgrade of this with an additional specification of atleast 13MP front Camera
                                        and larger screen that is pocket and hand friendly and not as big as 1520,additional Windows applications and thinner width.
