Why Lumia 1320 does not support the pen drive connectivity with OTG. Sort out this problem. It will make official documentation work user friendly.

There are two ways to go about it.
install "UPGRADE ADVISOR" from windows store, launch it(it should display windows 10 upgrade advisor), tap on next to check if windows 10 is available for your device. If it is available, go to windows update from "SETTINGS", check for updates and install.(Or just do whatever the upgrade advisor says).
The other option is to install "WINDOWS INSIDER" still from windows store.(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS METHOD). But if the 1st option does not work then use this.
Install and launch windows insider.
Tap on Get preview builds.(YOU MIGHT HAVE TO LOGIN)
Choose between INSIDER SLOW or INSIDER FAST or INSIDER RELEASE PREVIEW
I usually go with insider fast. click next, confirm(Might need to restart.)
Then check for updates from setting.
I just hope there is windows 10 upgrade available for your device.

AnonD-547839, 12 Jun 2016can pls tel how did you do it?Update advisor didn't work in 1320,You have go for Insider program to enjoy Windows10 experience(go to store install Windows insider apps) but you have know before going to insider program. Its a developer's edition & So many bugs over their.Most probably you lost 1320 present performance which you are still getting with Windows 8.1.Windows 8.1 is much stable OS version than Windows10.

In fact, Microsoft still can't make any breakthrough from nokia's tech.
the worst, new emerging unicodes and fonts can't be installed on the platform.
certainly the brand will be kicked out from the competition soon. let's see !

Microsoft lost it's own trust.Earlier they said All Lumia devices since 520 to 640 series will get Windows 10 update.Then after they said those Lumia devices got denim update having 1gb ram and 8 gb internal storege will enjoy Windows 10 update.And finally they ditched some major Lumia device 1320,925,1020 all these Lumia devices fulfill all essential requirement to get Windows 10.But don't know why they drop them for getting Windows 10 update even HTC M 8 didn't get Windows 10.So pathetic who could we trust Microsoft while buying any smartphone running over Windows OS.

verry very bad phone, after usage one and half year my phone hardware complaint, phone 2nd price is INR 1200/-, loss my INR 18000/- company say hardware cost is INR 8000/-, DONT BUY THIS TYEP PHONE, MICROSOFT CHEATING ME

A simple function phone.............heating very much........worst camera(both)........sometimes hangs and you can't do anything because battery is non-removable..........headphone slot is very bad.......many times work single headphone only........1.7 GHz processor....but take so much time to open videos..........touch screen is very ridiculous.....really disappointing.....compulsory have to apply screen lock....otherwise the phone will operate itself when its in your pocket.......sometimes call also to anybody from call-log.........although good for net surfing.

Completely useless phone and useless company(microsoft). You can't expect anything from this phone and microsoft.Microsoft has only come to smartphone sector to vanish name smartphone because it didn't left it even phone.Nokia build it, microsoft ruined it.This phone can't even compete a cheap android phone only because of its os. I never felt anything useful in this phone except its battery life and it is only because of this phone is a kind of scrap that you wouldn't like to spend even a single minute with it. whenever I use my primary phone Xperia z ultra ,I find this Lumia only deserves a dustbin.
Drawbacks
1. Heats like oven
2. Clarity is like 2k phone
3. Graphics can't even play a single game without obstruction
4. Way much heavy
5. Everything is much bigger that you will feel it is built for somehow blind people
6. No utility app available not even necessary
7. Not a single thing is stable
8. Restarts often
9. Headphone sound will let you feel shocked that you will feel hammer crushing in
10. Browser .... Oh ..ha ha ha..
11. Camera , I doubt anyone would like to open it
12. Processor...perhaps it would have been configured in the era of William Shakespeare.
13. Headset ..don't even deserve 1/100
14. User interface ...anyone would get bored in half an hour
15. Video... Can play only usual mp4 file in advance codecs,that's it
16. Functions...that will only give you headache
17. Those huge fonts....perhaps screen has only been made for them, unsettled fonts, covers all of the screen
18. Updates....are you kidding
19. Online videos....you wouldn't feel anything worse than it
20. Customization available...nothing
21. Kind of useless os that not even a single developer is interested in it.....
List is huge enough, this is my first and last windows phone...RIP LUMIA 1320
