m unable to search anything online through internet explorer in my lumia 1320 after software updation in microsoft service center but everytime i open any site even the govt site automatically a red page opens up called vial mobi store saying the site you are trying to open is unsafe. its upsetting !!!!

The phone has a lots of display problems. I will suggest not to use this phone. And in 2016, this is totally an outdated model. The screen flickers sometimes, does not respond, goes blank. When you go to Nokia Care they say pay 8k for repairs. Windows phone is not at all a good platform. Many many apps do not work on it. Not developed by Microsoft. This phone has many drawbacks. Investing here means loss of money.

Lordparks, 01 Aug 2016Am not able to sign in my windows account .it gives me a fe... moreThis happens often when you are on a slow connection. This is a big fault of Windows Phone. I think Microsoft should work on it. Try with a fast wifi or 3G/4G connection. 2G will not do.

Don't worry as you are unable to upgrade to Windows 10 !!!! W8.1 is far bettee than W10..... Many apps are not supported in W10...... So enjoy W8.1

The 1320 is only 2 years old. I've been really disappointed that this phone is not on the W10 upgrade list. I was a loyal Windows user for years, but I'm moving to another platform now. Even the office/OneNote apps on other the two other platforms are better serviced/more updated and has more options that the same apps on the windows phone. I feel very let down by Ms so this is goodbye to my windows phone.

Microsoft has cheated to Lumia 1320 user, he is no release update of w10 till date, even Lumia 435(INR 5000)phone has updated with w10,we are spent 23000 for L1320 and we are not his upgrade list,I'll never buy any windows phone again in my life....

purchase 1yr back screen turn black automatic restart and now dead i will suggest that not to buy Nokia product now

Used for 1 year with lot of problems. Hangs a lot. Screen turns black. Automatic restart. Now dead. Nokia care told there is motherboard in this model. It will stop after 2 years board problem means. So be careful. Lost my money.

stick to Windows 8.1 untill the release of Windows 10 since Microsoft may be working on development on this version and may try to remove bugs that may affect your phone..
