is the battery heat up too much? And back up is too poor? Will Nokia support team fix this problem?
Other phone with same feature have 1600mah battary givs full day backup why 1430mah not giving with w8 os.

I have the Lumia 520 for over a week now. Performance seems kind of disappointing for a Nokia. Battery runs out in half a day- my earlier iPhone 3GS used to last morning to evening for the same usage! The phone heats up when charging & when talking for > 5min(sometimes). Again, SOMETIMES- emails dont load fast (shows the 'loading' notification, and times out & goes back to home screen (to be fair I have configured an awesome 8 inboxes!!)- but the good part is that the Nokia service centre in Bangalore is ready to look at this for a possible solution - and will also give me a substitute phone while they go about trying to fix the phone!! Camera and call quality are kind of ok now - after the service centre reset the phone a few days ago(the call quality was a definite problem in the 1st 2~3 days). But then it is a Rs 10,000/- phone- and for this price point I am not sure how many androids in the market can do what this does- it just makes mince meat of the 7,000 odd contacts in my address book! My iPhone 3GS used to struggle with the contacts when I tried to 'search'. Other than the 'Sometimes' issues, it works like a hot knife on butter, But the biggest negative is the battery - no matter the Rs 10K price....

bt what I do for batry backup. It givs me only 5-6 hrs for normal use...what I do frnd???..
