in all lumia phones same os is present.. so no 1 hav file manager...
Skydrive works as file manager in wp8 os.. means u hv 2 upload ur video or pic to skydrive nd it gives u a link which u share anywhere like whatsapp, viber, facebook nd all... so ther is no need of file manager..
*Advantage of skydrive-
u hav to upload ur file in 1 time only.. n u share this file evrywhere(whatsapp, viber, facebook etc).. no need to upload same file to different apps.. it eats ur internet data..

Unable to cancel the call..for ex:lets say i have called up to the person and i want to cancel the call after 3 to 4 rings. but i am unable to do it..the options which you left out here are either that person has to attend the call or the full ring has to be ended up..Have anyone of you faced this issue?
