I have been using this ph... moreI am using since 14 months. Bluetooth is working great. First learn how to use windows phone.
I drop 7-8 times my phone, but still not a single scratch. Flawless and smooth performance.
My brother got a censor problem in his phone and they fixed it in just 15 minutes. Nokia has best service. If you hate , why you bought. Know the device before buy

I suggest not to buy this phone.
I have been using this phone since 10 months.
Bluetooth is not working.
Once dropped and display was broken.
No java.
I have another device Samsung galaxy s2 and that works mind blowing even after 3 years.. Dropped many times, even once gat wet but still working properly.
This phone really sucks.
I hate you Nokia.. Nokia care is not actually Nokia 'care'.

mrobi, 10 Sep 2014how can i back lumia black ?now iam use wp8.1 divloper updateDownload Nokia software recovery tool on PC. Connect your phone to pc, and open that software on pc. It ll download OS and install on your Phone. Software is about 1.5 Gb. As I checked last, your phone ll be directly updated to Lumia cyan. Use wifi or 3g. And make sure during installation, phone must not be removed from pc.
