Don't waste time depending only android OS.It isworthless and beeing similar everywere. Windows 8 is better than everything in my openion. It is fast and fluid. lumia 520 is the best windows 8 phone within our normal budjet (13,000).

Nokia just makes hardware and has some of its apps that compliment the WP, which run smoothly on 512 devices. MS makes WP and their SDK has full support for making apps for 512 MB devices. Its the developers who are not making them. So, if you want your fav app to be on WP and on 512 devices, mail those developers or write on the app review page, no use sending app list to Nokia or MS.
