But, as read elsewhere, all the Windows 8 handsets will get Win 8.X/Win 9 update. (You can Google for the details.) As we know, Windows 7.5/7.8 won't be updated to Windows 8.
Windows 8 is new OS and will take some time for the features already available elsewhere. If you believe MS & Nokia, then you can go for Lumia series. When someone is buying the Nokia handset, he must expect at least 2/3 years support like previous handsets. We can't change our Nokia handsets like others frequently.
I am also waiting for L520, being low cost handset.

It records 720p video so it can play 720p video but not sure for 1080p video..... I thnkk I can play.... becoz of screen resolution...
