Because I have at&... moreHello, this phone can reach very good speeds on a 3G network (in theory 21.1 Mbps) as stated here (please read the specifications). This phone has no 4G bands which are the LTE ones, so advertising it only as 4G capable may be proper. It would be so nice to have a clear explanation about these terms, but they are very confusing. In my opinion 4G should have been used for the LTE bands only but it turns out it is used for the HSPA+ ones. It will depend which carrier you have to see nice speeds. I tested a Lumia 521 in South America with with 5.5 Mbps (DL). Have a nice day.

My phone has been off.
when I try to put it on it doesn't work. It start to boot but it can setup.
a blue background shows with a smiley in it.
I don't what has come over the phone

I have got a Lumia 520 handset (HS) which was procured in KOLKATA-INDIA. Since procuring the HS, I am unable to operate that, presumably for want of internet connectivity. Even though I did not set up my Microsoft A/C at the HS, yet I find that the an A/C with user name "pinchey49@live.com" is appearing on the HS which calls for my Microsoft pass word. Since I did not set up my Microsoft A/C on procurement, nor created any pass word to operate for any such A/C , I find that in absence of above I am not able to excess any other window in the HS excepting only phone book, Linked In Box, photo & camera . I can not also close down the said internet A/C with pinchey49@live.com as user name. Pl. advice what I should do to activate the HS for availling other operations there under

This phone is Nice, and its very affordable too, I have the T-Mobile version with 4G and this cost just $29.00, very good for the price and good for a kid's first smartphone, just treat them with a case too because it breaks easily

Is it really true that this phone is 4g? Because I have at&t Lumia 520 when I open data it shows 4g. I've been use 710 a d 530 xual sim both are only shoeing a H sign.

I was watching videos from my phone for about 2 hours and then my phone switched of itseft. I cannot turn it on. It shows nothing when I connect to charger and even computer. It shows nothing. I try to do hard reset by pressing powerkey,volum down and home bottom togeter;still nothing. Please help me. Thank for your help.
