AnonD-259586, 14 Aug 2014Yasin will you please tell me how you have installed Lumia ... moreFirst take backup of all your app + setting.than you google for nokia software recovery tool and download the software,install the software note that during installation the nsrt would download some essential software if they aren't present in your pc.you connect you phone via USB it shold automatically detect the phone amd hence would start the download of the software approx.1.29gb then install the software to your mobile this mainly takes about 10-15 minites and you would be reverted to amber than restart and skip the step for login to your microsoft accountand just update your phone untill there is no update remaining.step by step you would go to black than to cyan update and most importantly be patient it's avery long processand after cyan is installed then sign in to your Microsoft acc and all the backup data would be restored.best of luck....and during installation of amber through nsrt please remove your memory card and sim card

I used DP of windows phone since April. Now I installed Cyan. As I know there is no new added feature in cyan from DP. But I noticed few improvement in performance.
Improvement in IE11 (In DP, sometimes I have to reload website twice to make websites load)
Improvement in notification,
Improvement overall performance (bit smooth)
Improvement in camera, (when I installed DP, I feel camera perform poor than black. But after installing cyan, it working good in low light)
It is too early, but I think battery performance also improved.
My phone didn't heat much while browsing.

shubham, 14 Aug 2014this files are created in ms excel 2010.......? Hmm. Put this file in phone memory in documents folder. In WP8.1 you can put any documents in SD card.
