If you don't have a Wi-Fi and want to update your phone. Than try this. In data sense, set your data limit to unlimited. I haven't try this yet. But I ll surely try in next update.. Try this , and let me know if it work!

GDR1 for Dev preview is now rolling out with lots of fixes and features.. you don't need cyan to have GDR1 .. cyan is a firmware update from the nokia while 8.1 updates are OS updates... cheers
