This phone overal is a decent cheap phone. And the issues are immediate. Phone does not connect to the Internet. Very few of the apps on the apple and android devices are on the Windows platform. The battery is very bad, and the overall processor is horrid. The graphics are pretty bad. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap phone, please do not buy any Windows device, buy an Android or Apple, even Apple's aren't cheap.

Alikh, 12 Feb 2016Change your password through webI had a similar issue where i changed my password from web and yet this was not working. Then I realized my Live mail id was enabled for two way security. Once I removed that settings and changed my password from Web and then log in to device .. this issue resolved and I was able to start get downloads . Hope this small thing may help some-one in need.

Shit don't buy. Awful battery life, awful display, awful speed. Won't let you use anything other than IE with Bing as default search engine (pretty sure). Very slow can't do simple tasks browsing the web is extremely difficult. The windows store is the worst and it has the smallest array of apps I have seen of any platform. Get a cheap phone that runs android it is much more worth it.

I have not used my Nokia Lumia 520 for the last 12 months. It has free sim facility - however i now want to use a different sim card and update apps. However it will not allow me to without signing into live.com account of which i do not have all the information and have never used it for emails or downloaded any apps on it. How can I change this to get access to download whatsapp as a free app
