Have it 6 months and working excellent. It's not phone for some "selfie" and other kids. Apps are working good but they have to make STEAM for this phone really need it.

Just restore your phone to factory setting then create a new live.com id and configure it on your phone. thenonly you can download app.from windows store. its same as you use a Google id to download app from play store in android.

Hi all,
whats app is not available in app store, anybody tell ne why?
also my phone's speaker is not working, i have to listen every call with earphones or with speaker on. M not able to listen songs. No sound, tea, when some one calls me only ringtone hears,
i tried reset option, still issue.

So far, it's the best I ever have. No problem at all. It's getting better since WP 8.1 update. Music, video..etc... Still good to me. Except equalizer and camera flash.

Games hub keeps updating every time and take too long to open.. Same happens with video hub and crashing often. In music hub it keeps updating songs, shuffle mode not playing currently, album art not showing, swipe to change song is gone, no recent and New history Radio and podcast integration and other music and video app integration is gone.

except on everything in this phone that are ok and suitable , the Battery is not good at all and your are need to charge the battery everyday.

WhatsApp not available in store and i dont use whats app so in present time without whats app this phone is very bad for nokia.

1. Go to settings
2. Tab to email+account
3. Synchronized your Microsoft account
then you are able to download app or game from the store.

I just got the black update, and it has the double tap wake up (at least here in Canada on Chatr). This helps not using the on/off button which is known to fail after a while.
I got from Ebay a silicone cover in gloss finish. The phone keeps better in hand now, I like it. I also have a matte finish silicone cover but it's too slippery.
