The proximity sensor issue is a well known one. Usually it's because a small amount of dust gets into the sensor itself. Some people cured this getting a vacuum close to the sensor, or pressing down on the sensor, or wiping the sensor with a cloth.

I agree. I like the body of this phone (it feels slick and square) together with the screen size. I prefer it over the one of the Nokia 620. The only grip is that.. it doesn't have enough grip in the hand, feels slippery despite the rubberized case. Wish it came with a less slippery glossy case.

i think if u r fond of games and apps u can go with moto e because WP has very few apps on comparing google store or if u want to use the phone for a long time then go with lumia 520,i am using lumia 520 for 8 months still now it never laggs for games it works smoothly even in asphalt 8.

The new battery saver app can be used both for battery monitoring and background task. Just open the battery saver app and tap any app. Then you can enable or disable b background tasks
