No missed call notification of any kind, no sound, no light, nothing. Windows engineers, this is a phone, this is not a laptop. Guys, please.

Amazing smartphone for such a price, no competitor. It's the best you can get for this price. Waiting for the Lumia 530 which will be even better.

bcoz....microsoft servers are week..so it doesn't download with slow connections like as 2g or 3g.....it downloads only fastest network means wifi or 4g....

overall configuration of mobile set is fine, but i have been experienced difficulty in the operation of photo shoot and video shooting in the night, because I did not find flash during taking photos and video shooting in the night time. please suggest me whether there is such facilities in the Nokia Lumia 520?

Hi,
I am using this device from 6 months now and i would not advice anyone to buy it because the very basic feature of calling is the worst in this device. It does not catch the network only. I have the SIM of best network avaiable in my city & still i dont get the netwoork in this mobile. When i put the same sim in another mobile i get the complete network. This phone is not worth a penny that ways.

I have both the 520 and the 620. While the 620 performs somehow better, I like better how the 520 stays in hand. It feels lighter and easier to handle. The 620 has the same weight but being smaller and thicker it feels heavier.
Also, the screen in 520 is almost as good as in the 620, I don't really notice much difference. And the larger size of the 520 makes the screen a pleasure to read. All in all I think the 520 is a better buy, despite having less features than the 620.
Oh and I have FM radio in the 520, but the 620 doesn't have it.
