I want to get relevent answers for 2 things...
1. Whenever i receive any photos, songs and videos from my friends via bluetooth. I see files received but I can access them later, I dont know where these files are saved, have checked everywhere , nowehere to be found
2. I have videos on my Class 10 memory card, it plays smoothly on my Android TAB and my LED TV, But when I insert the same in my LUMIA it only displays photos ... videos are no where to be found,
Please suggest how to overcome these issues

I approached nokia care centre last month, software update. They told it not net came. Asked yo contact next month. But people are telling 8.1 already came. Kindly let ne know the real status of the update.

SHAFEE, 12 Mar 2014how can i transfer uc web downloaded videos to memory card?When I used Lumia 520, the downloaded videos could be export to 'music+videos' but they became .mp4 format. Videos are still restricted, waitt till Windows Phone 8.1 comes.

Very happy in general. only problem being cant get picture messaging. pictures being sent but text comes asget media content now { 29 kb } What is problem as when purchased was told it was all set .

From today, I can not be able to access anything which I have previousy uploaded to my one drive account. Another problem is that I can not be able to open google search front page or gamail using UC browser. What is the problem? Can anyone specify? Thanks in advance.
