Rose, 07 Mar 2014My Nokia Lumia 520 does not have fm radio!!!!Rose,try to update your phone by going to nokia care or by ota using wi-fi.you will definetely get radio under music+video.i think your phone software is initial version which is starting from 1030.xxx.xxx.xxx.like that.you need to have amber update or black update for radio feature.when you update your phone to amber,your software version started from 3046.xxx.xxx.xxxx.or if you update your phone to black,your phone software version started from 3056.40000.xxxx.xxxx.which is currently i had.i think u r getting my point.

I have not found a method to separate my contacts between sim card and phone memory which I am able to do on the galaxy 2. Can it be done?
Also, in the People folder, whenever you call from your contacts, the name appears there. How can I delete those names if I need to?

Lory, 06 Mar 2014Its really a good hand set.But some problems are there like... more1. Press & hold the currency key(₹)& you will get many currency signs including $.
2. I never faced any such problems, its easy and convenient.
3. Press & hold anywhere on the screen, a cursor will pop up above your finger. Now move it anywhere you like using your finger.

Its really a good hand set.But some problems are there like
1.we cant type '$'
2.During saving a contact or editing a number m facing lots of problem, its not user friendly.
3.in edit msg also we cant edit a particular letter in a word.there should keys to move the coercer left,r8,up & down.
