Nokia lumia 520 is good when you get 6500 types only.if you compare other phone.it have biggest problem after using 6 to 8 month his key become soft in many phone.when internet using many time lag.

overall 520 is a superb phone.using it for about 4 months. but the issue is when ever a simple page is opened in internet the phone gets heat up. is there any solutions for this??

You neend not worry about contacts when you will reset your phone your contacts will remain save.
Because contacts are in mail box.thankx

Now If I may suggest you a key, when you work on any app and then close it by pressing the Windows Key that app is running in the background. I can vouch for its standby with 3G on and running apps closed by long pressing
