AnonD-100814, 06 Feb 2014who told u this.. whatsapp team is very active on wp8 platf... moreDear wplvr8,i always don't understand your one sentence that u always use to say "developers need time to develope their app"...agreed this line but it applicable.only for new developers ,not the masters like WhatsApp dev,dude now what's app dev need only few programing codes to modify this crash issue ,they don't have to develope the whole app from beginning,and regarding WhatsApp team than they reduced their staff for customers email support also..the reason behind this only they knows...and regarding your testing of apps than i had an doubt that whether they tested properly before giving this feature of saving pics and videos in WhatsApp folder....mearly giving updates is not important but quality and problem solving update is more important ...hope u get point

so what u want more.. developers needs time dude to develope app n lots of testings.. it need some time.

they replyed me that they knws all these problems n they working hard to fix this and also preparing big update for wp8 whatsapp.. stay tuned

kaleelperla, 05 Feb 2014I bought nokia Lumia 520 four months before, still now when... moreRegarding WhatsApp than don't worry it is headache of every body in window platform,ur not only one who is facing such crash issues,heir in windowsphone platform the update process from developer is too slow so we have to long waite for next update ,this WhatsApp crash problem i noted since dec2013,they had provided save videos to phone option under WhatsApp folder since then WhatsApp crashes a lot...whatsapp become headache in window platform,it works super fine on my nexus,it is very strange that their are lots of complaints in reviews also still whatsapp developers are not giving attention to user problems
